AOP part 43: A Simple Portrait
By flipping the studio strobe off, I was able to go back to the natural light for a moment to capture these more delicate portraits.
This is another type of fashion nude. There is no nudity here, although it is strongly suggestive. But it has that fashion style of contrasting elements.
On the lower half the dress alludes to a more historical context, but the top half, with Maja's makeup and baldness is definitely modern.
Fashion photography often plays with contrasting elements as a way of creating some kind of impact in an image.
